We are looking for someone who can support our growing Influencer Marketing Team.

You are a fit if you

• are passionate about community and subcultures ranging from music to fashion over to art and  design
• have a knack for Social Media, Talents, Creators and Creative People
• know exactly what's trending on TikTok as well as Instagram and are constantly discovering new talents on social media that are cultural shapers and pioneers in the lifestyle world
• ideally have worked with influencers before and know your way around managing them
• have an understanding, based on education or experience, in brand marketing

Your responsibilities would include

• discover new talent and be in constant exchange with the influencer world
• manage organic seedings 
• advise clients on their influencer marketing activities
• manage paid influencer campaigns incl. reach out, negotiation with managements, contracting, briefing, controlling and accounting
• work with influencer monitoring tools and organize internal influencer data in our database
• You would work closely with our project managers on clients and activations.
• Very fluent in English and German is a must.
• We offer home office and remote work.
