In our beautiful office space, with a garden in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg, we also implement some creative projects on our own. This has resulted in a lively BAM community of art, creative scene and fashion over the last few years.

We are looking for someone who can support the existing leadership team in their task of overseeing our Berlin team. We work based on competencies and not hierarchies and constantly incorporate new work techniques in our work.

You would closely exchange with the Leadership team (director and other team leads).

Business Level in German and English is mandatory.

The level of experience we are looking for usually equals min. 5 years of working experience. 

We offer home office and remote work.

 

Depending on what you bring with you, your responsibilities could include...

  • being in an advising role on several client accounts (Strategy, Comms plans, Lifestyle PR & Influencer Marketing) & support and advise the Project Managers in a leading role on the accounts in executing their great work
  • checking in with the individuals in our team on a regular basis, setting clear goals & monitor team performance, motivating team members & providing coachings, holding Feed Forward talks, organizing group check-ins and update meetings
  • being present in client calls
  • creating cost estimates and proposals & maintaining profitability and growth of are
  • working on strategies and pitches and support potential new business cases
  • manage and plan all team related topics together with the leadership team & HR
  • collaborating with HR and manage staffing (eg job interviews, team member onboardings, vacation planning)
  • support new client onboarding processes
  • OPTIONAL: Support in general Business Development
